Preparation of the periodic and regulatory payments for the fund entities (Incoming and Outgoing invoices, VAT returns) ,bank statements and assist with preparation of monthly cash flows
Providing guidance on internal policies and procedures for funds (opening bank account, liquidation and
correspondence with the bank, liaise with external auditors)
Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and preparing balance sheets
Tracking and reconciling bank statements, collecting reporting data for VAT and eCDF filing and data
analysis, modeling, data visualization.
Provide administrative support during budget preparation and process expense claims
Participate in quarterly and annual audits, process tax payments and in/out and booking invoices on BOB
